Great shop, makes my auto maintenance super easy for me

Mike and the crew at Rally are great. I get my routine auto maintenance at this shop and they are always super professional and very easy to work with. I was so impressed that I started bringing my girlfriend's car to them! I'm always happy to recommend Rally to anybody looking for a great, professional auto shop in Worcester.

I went in to Rally to get an inspection sticker and was greeted by Mike. He is by far one of the friendliest people I have met. He was professional and courteous. Awesome guys awesome service

Zakk and Mike are great guys. Awesome service every time I have been in over the last few years after moving to Worcester. Being a service manager my self of a local business near by and in the service industry for over 17 years, great service and great people mean a ton to me and is a major factor in where and who I do business with. Great to know there is a local small business with great people and doing a great job. Thanks guys!

One in a Million !

Lets face it there must be a mliion and one car dealers and repair shops in and around New England and finding one where you are treated with Respect and genuine Customer care and service is rare indeed . Today , I came in to get a sticker for my Lexus and what I figured was going to be your typical routine blase garage exoerience turned out to be very heartwarming friendly and heart warming human connection . Owing to Mike’s Magic and Zacks sincerity I felt immediately relaxed and comfortable .I was impressed by their professional demeanor and genuineness as well as the very clean environment . the Energy there speaks for itself . I left with a good feeling and would not hesitate in bringing my car there for future service or purchasing a used car from these great people ! They give Used Cars and Service a whole new meaning ! Thank you guys ???

Very Friendly and Honet Shop!

I have been looking for a shop in the area since moving here a year ago to Millbury. I had a long conversation with Mike while waiting for my car that was in for inspection. Mike was very personable and knowledgeable considering his many years in the field with Herb Chambers. I will be using this shop for all my future car maintenance.

Such Wonderful and Prompt Service!

I stopped in to Rally today after moving to the area a few months ago. I was so impressed by their welcome, kindness, and ability to put me at ease. Mike, the manager, was supremely friendly and honest, and I so appreciated the passion he had for his business. Rally Motor Sports is the best dealership I've ever been to. Magic Mike made the process of purchasing a car a stress free and pleasurable experience. Awesome Customer Service and Follow-Up!!

I was looking for my daughter's 1st car and was, by chance, directed to Rally Motor Sports by a previous car dealer who mentioned Rally MS had been in business many years. We found a very nice used car there with only a few minor issues, to which they corrected before we picked it up to take it home. While we were there, there was another person looking for a car and was raving about Rally MS. They too said the service was great and that they were in the process of purchasing their 3rd car from Rally. I really can't say enough about the customer service we received, and the car is excellent as well.

So I have dealt with my share of card dealership. New and used cars, small and large lots, and ruthless salesman. My experience with Mike and Rally Motor Sports has been a great experience. They don’t try to push you into a more expensive car, they work with you for financing. Completely positive experience and they stand behind their work!

Everyone there is super nice, and super helpful. Mike is the guy to talk to. He worked with me with the budget I had and I was able to get the car I wanted faster than I thought. Everything runs smooth. Any future questions or concerns with it Mike said come to him and it will get taken care of. Great place, great service, definitely would recommend coming.

Great Experience Great Car

If you need a good car at a fair price go see Mike at Rally. I told Mike what I was looking for, my budget and he produced. The whole team over at Rally are great and they stand behind their cars. Jenn got all my paper work done quick and got my car registered too! Save me a trip to the RMV we are cool for life. All in all a great and easy experience. A car is a car, but where you get it from makes all the difference. You need a good car and a good deal ask for Mike.

Staff is always knowledgeable. I can take my car in there at any time of day and know that I am getting quality service done on my car. I was traveling on the Mass. Pike when my check engine light came on - by myself, after dark, after 5 pm, over 100 miles from home. I was lucky enough to stumble in to the Rally Motor Sports garage on my way to another place that didn't sound great. Bruce was totally helpful and knowledgeable, checking what he could right there on the spot. When he determined that I might have a bigger problem, he sent me on my way to their other location for diagnostics, giving me not only explicit directions but also his phone number to call him in case I got lost. When I got there, Doug at the other place did the diagnosis right away, determined the car was safe to drive home, and off I went. When I later thought of all the things that could have happened that evening, I am even more grateful to Bruce for his concern and immediate assistance. A person of character - thank you!

I live in the neighborhood so the convenience in Rally's location prompted me to stop in for an inspection. There was no wait which was great. I also happened to need a maintenance check and when I asked if there was time for an oil change they were happy to oblige and indicated it would only take minutes. I usually take my vehicle to Toyota which a visit can last me hours but not at Rally's. I showed up a little before 1 and was on my way out by 1:30. Overall the entire staff was really nice and on their A game. I'll be back, that's for sure. Great job guys!

I am very satisfied with everyone here. There were very nice and quick. They get things done fast and right the first time. Before I bought my truck I went to serval paces. Everyone was rude and seem to only want my money. When I got to rally motor sports all they cared about was what was best for me. I bought my truck a little over 6 months ago and I m still as happy as the day I bought it. I went back there just the other day for an oil change. They were great once again and they even remembered me. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a car and leave with a smile.

I have seen the in's and out's of Rally Motorsports, and it has come a long way since my first visit. The garage provides quick servicing, and cheaper than most garage's I have been to (I had my oil changed). The business is under new management and ownership, and with that, provides a better business model towards improving customer service.

My car broke down and I was stuck on Grafton st in Worcester. Fortunately Rally Motor Sports was right down the street. They have a full service dealership, with tow trucks, flat beds and new car carrier trucks. My car had been giving me a lot of problems and I was spending on average $300.00 per month to keep it running. Unfortunately a few years earlier,I had gotten very sick and was not able to work. My credit of course was terrible at best.....To my surprise I was told about the bank they have in their corporation. They own multiple dealerships, multiple service facilities, body shops and also had a New Motor Cycle Dealership. But the best part is they have" 2nd Chance Finance!!! I thought i would never be able to finance a car again because of my credit. Because of Rally Motor Sports I got a ( 2nd Chance ), it is now 2 years later, my health is good, my job is excellent and my wife and I just traded the car I bought from Rally!!! My credit is perfect now and my wife and I are driving our new 2015 Honda Accord that we have always dreamt about. My children will be needing cars to go to college with. Rally Motor Sports will be the only dealership I send my family and friends to do business!!!! Sincere thanks Rally Motor Sports.....
